Wedding Crafts Academy is the trading name of Ivana Mearns. All courses are taught in English and fall within the British jurisdiction. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to uphold the law where the Wedding Crafts Academy operates (UK) as well as your national and regional law.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing any of our online training course by signing up for a free course or purchasing any of our products, you agree to accept all our terms and conditions.
All training materials and website content are protected by copyright and cannot be in any circumstances copied, distributed or re-sold without the explicit permission given directly to you by the Wedding Crafts Academy, in writing or by e-mail.
The copyright of certain parts of our website content is registered with the UK Copyright Service, registration no. 284730656
All courses can be booked via our website www.weddingcraftsacademy.com.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrolment application. The enrolment process is not finalised until you receive an e-mail from us, confirming successful enrolment. A confirmation of payment does not guarantee your space on the course. In the unlikely case of the cancellation of your order, the course fee will be refunded in full.
All students should be over 18 years old. If you would like to purchase a course but are not 18 years old, please contact the Wedding Crafts Academy by e-mail of by phone, stating which country you are based in.
Payment Acceptance and Cool-off Period:

Payment is required in full to access course materials.
We are currently not registered for VAT.
All course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. You are entitled to a cool-off period of fourteen working days after making a payment during which you can cancel your payment, unless you already logged in to your student area. To cancel your order within the cool-off period, contact the academy on 07938 236 497 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmation of Order Cancellation will be sent via e-mail.
By logging into your student area and accessing course materials, you accept that the course fee cannot be refunded.
Course duration is stated within the course description. Course extensions are provided at the discretion of the Wedding Crafts Academy.
We strive to produce study materials in high quality but cannot guarantee that all study materials as 100% error free. We cannot be held liable for any errors.
The Wedding Crafts Academy does not provide any legal or financial advice. All tutorials are reviewed by the director but not by a qualified lawyer or an accountant / auditor. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that their business is compliant with their local as well as international regulations.
Course materials can be accessed via your online student area and can be also downloaded to your computer, to be studied offline as PDF files.
Access to Online Student Area:
The online student area is protected by a username and a password. Your username and your password will be e-mailed to your during the enrolment process. You may not share these details with anyone else. We reserve the right to monitor IP addresses and might suspend an account if accessed by different users at the same time / accessed from too many devices.
The level of support is individual for each of our courses and is stated within the course prospectus.
Assignments can consist or multiple question tests, writing short paragraphs that demonstrate your knowledge of the course materials and/or submitting photos of handcrafted items.
Each assignment will be reviewed within ten working days. We reserve the right to extent this timescale due to high volume e-mails or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Diploma / Certificates:
Diplomas and Certificates of Achievement will be e-mailed to you after the successful completion of the course, in a PDF form.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses due to circumstanced beyond our control. In the unlikely event of course being cancelled, we will refund the enrolment fee in full but will not be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred as a result of enrolling onto the course.
Discounts and Special Offers:
Discount codes and special offers need to be redeemed at the time of making payment. We reserve the right to amend course prices for new students without prior notice. This will not affect students who already paid for their course.
Antisocial Behaviour Policy
You agree that you will not discriminate other students on personal level or on their social, ethnical or religious status. You agree that you will not intimidate any other students in discussion forums or on our social media accounts and will engage in discussions with a positive constructive attitude.
Breach of our antisocial behaviour policy can result in instant removal from the training course, without a refund.
We strive to achieve the highest standards but there can be small variations in colour and shape in all our products sold online. We usually dispatch DIY craft packs and other products within two working days but we reserve the right to extend the order processing time during busy periods. We reserve the right to cancel any order without stating the reason.
You have the right to return any of our physical products to us. To return a product, you need to notify the Wedding Crafts Academy via e-mail email@example.com within five days from receiving the product. The product must be unused and must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage from your location to the Wedding Crafts Academy (UK).
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you need to contact the Wedding Crafts Academy via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 07938 236 497 to arrange a refund or a replacement. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in post.
To purchase a craft kit, you need to be over 18 years old. Your order may not be accepted if you are younger than 18. None of our craft kits are suitable for children.
